This week on Classic Clashes we travel to the beautiful town of Riversdal in the Eastern Cape, where we are joined by Andri to watch this titanic clash between the two oldest landbou or agricultural schools in the country....Hoër Landbouskool Oakdale vs Hoër Landbouskool Marlow! The hosts, Oakdale, are currently ranked 16th in our FNB Top 20 Schools list.
Next, we head further down the coast to the Western Cape to visit the town of Hermanus, famous all over the world for their amazing whale sightings. This is a new FNB Classic Clash and it will be the first time that this game is shown on the program. The hosts this year are Hawston Sekondêr, however the game will be played at the Hoërskool Hermanus grounds. These schools have been playing together for quite a while, however Hawston have not won a game against Hermanus in 16 years....They assure us that this is indeed Hawston's year. Be sure not to miss this great example of schoolboy rugby!
